A Comfortable Stay with Great Service

The room was fantastic, especially with the amazing views at night and the comfy beds that made for a great sleep. I also loved relaxing at the indoor pool and enjoying the sauna after a long day. Just a heads up, the food from room service didn't quite live up to expectations, but it didn’t ruin my stay! 😊

Construction around the area complicates access to the Umeda station, necessitating cabs that can be hard to find with luggage. For a five-star joint, the need to call for additional towels due to scarcity is puzzling, and the 6 PM closing time of the coffee shop feels restrictive.

We adored the stunning city view from our high-floor room, which truly enhanced our stay! It was a fantastic way to start each day!

The Westin Osaka impresses with its courteous staff and convenient shuttle service to the Osaka Station. While the pool access for children came as a surprise and the gym was small, the room was spacious and the hotel enjoyed a prime location near vibrant attractions.

the westin was a fantastic experience! the staff had the best customer service ever. our room was luxurious, spacious, and comfortable. The view was amazing. breakfast was incredible, with a great buffet featuring healthy options. the fitness center was awesome too, with a sauna and hot tub!
